How can I return an order?
- Fill out the cancellation form and send it by email to shop@janua-moebel.com
- Send the goods back via DHL
- The amount will be credited after receipt and inspection of the goods
- Please note that we can only take back unused and undamaged products
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart and on the order page. By entering the shipping address (depending on the respective country), the correct shipping amount is automatically displayed and calculated.
The shipping fee includes the statutory VAT. Since VAT is calculated on the shipping fee depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated as part of the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but can only be reduced in your favor.

Can Second Life furniture also be shipped?
We would be happy to request an offer for delivery from our shipping company. To do this, we need the following information from you:
- Postal code
- The floor you live on (if there is a large elevator, please also specify)

Tip: small shipping companies are often cheaper. You are also welcome to organize transport yourself. We will pack the goods ready for transport.
Where can I enter the discount code?
The discount code can be entered during the checkout process.
How will my shipment be delivered?
Our packages are sent insured via DHL.
My shipment is damaged, what can I do?
Please send us an email with the order number and pictures of the damaged goods in the box. If it is clear that the contents are damaged before opening the box, please do not open the package and contact us immediately. This is necessary so that we can send you a replacement immediately and report the damage to the delivery person.
Can I specify a preferred date for my delivery?
Please send desired delivery dates to shop@janua-moebel.com or specify them when ordering
Which care set is right for me?
If you are not sure which care set is the right one, you can send a photo of your surface to shop@janua-moebel.com. This allows us to see which care set is right for you.
How can I remove stains?
Almost all stains can be removed. Please send a photo of the stain or damage with a brief explanation of how the stain/damage occurred to shop@janua-moebel.com
How should the care oils be stored?
Ideally cool, dry and protected from light.
How is the care set used?
A detailed description is included with each care set. If you still have any questions, please feel free to contact shop@janua-moebel.com at any time.
What is the difference to care oil and refresher?
Our tables are oiled with different oils during production. The care sets are adapted to the respective surface. There are surfaces that are treated with the refresher and surfaces that are treated with care oil. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Are the products sustainable?
- All of our accessories were created from an upcycling idea. Each product contains either leather, fabric or wood scraps
- Our care range consists of either recycled products or products from suppliers in our region to avoid long transport routes
- Our packages are shipped with DHL Go Green
Can I still adjust or cancel the order I have already placed?
Orders can only be adjusted or canceled up to the time of shipment.
